How does this plagiarism checker work?

The SuperPrompts Plagiarism Checker compares your text with sources you provide and highlights passages that are too similar, so you can rewrite or cite them before you submit. It is designed for checking a draft against the articles, notes or earlier work you actually used: paste the source text, or compare against documents saved in your SuperPrompts library. It does not crawl the web or a database of published papers, so it will not find matches in sources you have not given it. That makes it useful for checking your own paraphrasing, comparing two versions of a document, or making sure you have not copied too closely from your research notes. If a passage is flagged, rewrite it in your own words with the Paraphrasing Tool and add a citation.
